4. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and licensing terms.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, refunds, and customer support.
• Prohibited items include:
  • Illegal, pirated, or malicious AI tools.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or counterfeit products.
  • Products violating third-party intellectual property (IP) rights.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must comply with licensing agreements for purchased AI tools.
• Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution are prohibited.
• Buyers should review product details, refund policies, and vendor ratings before purchasing.

6. Transactions & Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• AiMARTiO.COM may charge a transaction fee (disclosed at checkout).
• Refunds & Disputes: Handled per the Seller’s policy; AiMARTiO may mediate if needed.
• External Purchases: AiMARTiO.COM may direct customers to an AI company’s official website to purchase certain AI tools/software. In such cases, the respective company’s terms and conditions will apply to those transactions.

7. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

• Sellers retain ownership of their AI tools but grant AiMARTiO a non-exclusive license to display and sell them.
• Buyers must respect software licenses (no unauthorised redistribution).
• DMCA Compliance: Report IP violations to support@aimartio.com.

8. Platform’s Role & Liability

• AiMARTiO is a facilitator, not a party to transactions.
• We do not guarantee product functionality, legality, or accuracy.
• No liability for:
  • Seller-Buyer disputes.
  • Third-party software malfunctions.
  • Unauthorised transactions due to user negligence.
  • Transactions are conducted on external websites linked from our Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• List fraudulent, illegal, or harmful AI tools.
• Manipulate reviews or engage in fake transactions.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorised automation.
• Violate privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

10. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• Sellers must fulfil pending orders before termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Step 1: Buyer-Seller negotiation.
• Step 2: AiMARTiO mediation (if unresolved).
• Step 3: Legal action (if necessary) under the governing law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless specifically required by other applicable legislations or agreed upon by related parties. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, unless mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.
